The KDU Global Family Reunion 2026 is the flagship gathering of the Krio Descendants Union Global family, bringing members, families, and friends from across our eighteen chapters and twelve countries together for five days of fellowship, culture, and celebration in Atlanta, Georgia. Held over the Labour Day weekend, from Thursday, September 3 through Monday, September 7, 2026, this reunion is a homecoming for Krio descendants wherever the diaspora has carried them.
Atlanta, one of the most vibrant hubs of the global African diaspora, sets the stage for a weekend built around everything that binds us as one family: heritage, service, and joyful reconnection. Expect cultural showcases that honour Krio language, music, dress, and cuisine; moments of worship and remembrance; and space to celebrate the achievements of our chapters and the generations who came before us.
