9th Annual KDU Family Reunion

People who are flying in to the event should use the Newark International airport and not the New York airports. The Hyatt hotel is in New Brunswick and people can join a train from the airport to the New Brunswick and walk a few blocks to arrive at the hotel.

All events will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, New Brunswick, New Jersey, except where shown.

KDU Northeast has organized a raffle. The top prize is a round trip ticket to Sierra Leone. Each ticket is $20. The money will be to fund global initiatives in Sierra Leone. However the NE chapter needs the cooperation of all chapters to inform members about the raffle. Tickets can be mailed to a focal point to disseminate the tickets.

KDU Northeast has organized a bus to transport people to and from the hotel and the park. The bus will be making multiple trips. There is a small charge of $10 a day (round trip) for Saturday and the same arrangement is in place for Sunday as well. There is no need to sign up in advance but if anyone is interested please let the chapter know the intent by email.

Anyone who wishes to be a sponsor or place a memoriam for the souvenir journal should contact Pauline Pamela Pratt at pauline_pratt@hotmail.com.

The deadline to book a hotel room is August 11. The special rate is $129 per night and does not need to be paid in advance. After August 11 the special rate will no longer be available. The rooms are going fast so please book ASAP.
